Each rental includes 8 round 72-inch tables, 8 rectangular 8-foot tables, elegant black folding chairs (seating
for up to 125 guests), and time for setup, breakdown, and cleaning. You’ll also have the freedom to bring in
outside caterers and alcohol (a licensed bartender is required).
2. Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes. You are welcome to use outside caterers and bring in your own alcohol, but a licensed bartender is
required if alcohol is being served.
3. What types of events can be hosted at the venue?
Luxury En Blanc is ideal for a wide range of events, including baby showers, bridal showers, repasses, kids’
parties, weddings, business workshops, private dinners, pop-ups, and more.
4. Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. Each package includes a refundable deposit (amount varies by event type), which will be returned if
no damages or violations occur. Cleaning fees are non-refundable.
