Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. The deposit will be returned within 5–7 business days following your event, provided the venue is returned in its original condition and no additional time, damages, or breaches of contract have occurred.
Cleaning Fee
All bookings require a non-refundable cleaning fee. This ensures a hygienic, well-maintained environment for all guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event date to avoid penalty. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will forfeit the full security deposit. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total invoice.
Guest Count Policy
Your booking agreement includes a specified guest count. Any increase must be communicated in writing no later than 7 days prior to the event. Additional fees may apply. Failure to disclose changes may result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
